Henry Stemmler

Welcome

I am an Economist (ETC) at the World Bank Group within the Distributional Impact of Policies unit. My work spans poverty and welfare measurement, geospatial analytics, survey-to-survey imputation, and applied microeconometrics. I am interested in development economics, trade and climate change. 

Prior, I was a PostDoc at the Food Systems Economics and Policy Group (FSEP) at ETH Zurich. I have worked as an Economist at the International Labor Organization and as a consultant for the World Bank and Oxfam. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Göttingen (summa cum laude).
