Hi, I’m Henry. I’m currently working on my PhD at the Technische Universität Chemnitz in Germany, under Christian Sevenheck. I work in algebraic geometry and complex geometry. Specifically, my research involves D-modules and the applications of this theory to the Hodge theory of divisor complements. Mixed Hodge modules and singularity theory play a large role in the background of this field. Classes of divisors I have especial interest in are free divisors, tame divisors and hyperplane arrangements.
I am also interested in mirror symmetry, tropical geometry, algebraic stacks and moduli theory, quiver varieties, Lie theory and algebraic groups, birational geometry. Also quantum mechanics and quantum field theory! Although I don’t claim to be an expert in any of these areas.
