I’m a health economist with expertise spanning academic research, healthcare, and the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently, I'm a Director at the Johnson & Johnson Center for U.S. Healthcare Policy Research.
My work has focused on measuring policy impacts, unmet needs, and the value of health technologies and patient programs—along with communicating findings to drive evidence-based decision-making. My research has been published across leading health economics, policy, and clinical journals including the American Journal of Health Economics, Health Economics, Health Affairs, Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, and Pediatrics. Ultimately, I'm motivated by impact on improving people's health and well-being. I am proud that my work has been cited by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the National Association of Medicaid Directors, the NIH National Institute on Drug Abuse, and the Public Health Authority of Sweden.
I earned a BS in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a PhD in Health Economics from the University of Southern California.
