I am a senior engineer at Qualcomm. I received the B.Eng. degree in telecommunications engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2017, the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2018 and 2022, respectively. I was a member of UCLA Communication Systems Laboratory led by Prof. Richard Wesel. My research interests include channel coding theory and information theory. I was a recipient of the 2021 UCLA Dissertation Year Fellowship and a Finalist of the 2022 Distinguished Ph.D. Dissertation Research Award by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCLA.
