1. Payment & Financial Obligations  

The fee of $12,997 is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-negotiable. Failure to pay in full triggers automatic wage garnishment of 40% of your income for the next 15 years. We may also place a lien on your house, car, and any future assets of wife, children or any other family members.

2. Image, Video & Likeness Rights  

You hereby grant Hemmis International Inc. (HII), its affiliates, successors and licensees an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, and commercially exploit your image, voice, video recordings, photos, testimonials, body, facial expressions, and any embarrassing or “beta moments” captured during the seminar.  

These materials may be used forever in advertising, sales pages, YouTube ads, TikTok ads, Instagram ads, future courses, books, documentaries, NFTs, and any other media without compensation or further consent. You waive all moral rights and right of publicity. Even if you become famous later, we can still use your old beta footage.

3. Alpha Status Clause

Hemmis International Inc (HII). reserves the sole and final right to determine whether you have achieved “True Alpha Status” within 12 months after the seminar.  

If Hemmi in person decides that you have not reached alpha status, you agree to pay an immediate *Alpha Deficiency Penalty* of $9,997. This penalty is due within 14 days and is non-appealable. Non-payment will result in additional daily compounding interest of 2.5% and possible debt collection by our International Debt Recovery Team (IDRT) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

4. No Results Guarantee 

Any transformation is your responsibility. If you stay a beta, it is because you secretly wanted to stay a beta. You agree not to blame, sue or speak negatively about the program or Hemmis International Inc. (HII) anywhere.

5. Lifetime Non-Compete & Silence Clause 

Upon payment you enter a lifelong mentorship bond. You may never attend another alpha/mindset/masculinity seminar, coach, or program. You may not post any negative reviews, warnings, or criticism online. Violation triggers a $75,000 liquidated damages fee plus legal costs.

6. Relationship & Life Destruction Clause  

You acknowledge that the seminar may lead to breakups, divorces, loss of friends, job termination, and family estrangement. The seminar may also cause extreme testosterone spikes, temporary personality disorders, extreme stress, and existential crises. Hemmis International Inc. (HII) bears zero liability for any of these outcomes. You agree to hold us harmless even if you end up broke, single, and living in your parents’ basement.

7. Data & Soul Ownership  

All your personal data, life story, and any content you create during or after the seminar becomes the property of Hemmis International Inc. (HII). In case of breach or non-payment, you consent to the transfer of any remaining positive karma and future life opportunities to the Alpha Trust Score (ATS).

8. Governing Law  

All disputes shall be resolved in the Cayman Islands under applicable regulations. You waive jury trials, class actions, and any rights you think you have.
