I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Technology, MIT Campus, Anna University. I received my PhD from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Madras under the guidance of Prof. C. Chandra Sekhar in the year 2023. I did my M.Tech from MIT Campus, Anna University and B.Tech from Panimalar Engineering College. I joined Anna University MIT Campus Chrompet in the year 2014. My research interests are in Pattern Recognition, Deep learning and Computer vision. My recent works have focused on video captioning. 

I am an University rank holder in my B.Tech with the rank of 41 in B.Tech (IT) in Anna university. I have cleared Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) in the year 2011 and 2013.
