Helping Hand for People Odisha ("we", "us", "our") operates the "Helping Hand for People Odisha" mobile application (the "App") to connect blood donors, patients, and volunteers across Odisha. Information We Collect
Account information: name, mobile number, email address, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).
Profile and donor information you choose to submit district, blood group, gender, date of birth, address, and an optional photo.
Content you submit blood requests, donor registrations, and volunteer registrations.
Device and usage information collected automatically by our service providers, such as device type, operating system, app version, general region, and advertising identifiers (see "Advertising" below).
How We Use Your Information We use your information to operate the App's core features: creating and securing your account, showing your submissions back to you, making donor listings and blood requests visible to other users searching within the App, contacting you about requests you're involved in, and improving app performance and reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising This App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and other third-party advertising networks to support our free, non-profit service. These providers may collect and use identifiers such as your advertising ID, IP address, and general app usage data to show and measure ads, and to help prevent fraud and abuse. This data may be used to personalize ads based on your interests, unless you have opted out of personalized advertising in your device settings. Children's Privacy the App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your Choices & Rights You can view, edit, or delete your profile and registrations at any time from the Settings screen, or request full account deletion by contacting us. You may also disable personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier from your device's settings at any time.
Data Deletion Requests To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email us at jagajagannath1996@gmail.com with your registered mobile number, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
