What is Hulu?

Hulu is the leading and most comprehensive all-in-one premium streaming service that offers an expansive slate of live and on-demand entertainment, both in and outside the home, through a wide array of subscription options that give consumers ultimate control over their viewing experience.

Where is Hulu available?

Hulu is available in select U.S. territories and U.S. military bases, but Hulu + Live TV is only available in the states. Check out other international restrictions before signing up.

How much does Hulu cost?

There are a few different plan options available, giving you the flexibility to choose a subscription that’s right for you (and your wallet). For specific pricing information, please refer to our plans and prices.

Does Hulu offer free trials?

Free trials are available to new and eligible returning subscribers. Please note that free trials are currently available only for select add-ons and the Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN plan. If you’re ready to sign up, be sure to have your payment details handy, as we’ll need them to kick off the trial.

Does Hulu offer discounts?

Eligible subscribers can sign up for Hulu's Student Discount or Military Discount on our Hulu (With Ads) plan.

What's included in my Hulu subscription?

Subscriptions include unlimited access to thousands of shows and movies, including award-winning Originals, from the Hulu streaming library to watch at home or on-the-go using a variety of supported devices.

To help personalize your streaming experience, the following features are available:

Stream different channels on two screens at a time
Keep track of your favorite shows and movies in My Stuff
Enable Autoplay when you want to binge
Create up to seven profiles for everyone in your household
Hulu Premium subscribers can download select shows and movies
Live TV subscribers can use features like our Cloud DVR and Live Guide to preview what's coming up during the week

How many people can share a Hulu subscription?

You can create up to 7 profiles for your Household on your subscription and manage them directly from your preferred supported device. A Hulu subscription is meant to be used within a single Household. However, you can add one additional family member or friend outside your Household to your subscription if you purchase the Extra Member add-on.

How do I get started with Hulu?

To purchase a new Hulu subscription, you must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid form of payment, a supported device to stream from, and a high-speed internet connection. From there, you’ll be all set to fill out some required personal information.

How do I sign up for Hulu?

You can sign up on Hulu.com from a web browser on your desktop or mobile device, or by downloading the Hulu app and signing up on your preferred device.

We also have alternative billing options available through our third-party billing partners, if you'd prefer to sign up outside of Hulu. Keep in mind that plan options may vary depending on your billing partner.

How do I sign into Hulu?

To stream Hulu from your computer, simply log in using your email address and password. Keep in mind these steps may vary depending on the device you’re using to watch Hulu.
