Changes for Legacy SItes and pages
applies to F0RT only
applies to F0RT only
in the coming months we will transition from D204 to Personal this means
accessing F0RT on D204 CDN or servers won't work
legacy docs will be removed and phased out
this was not an easy decision as d204 deletes data in 2028
make sure to back up all of your pages in the d204 drive and they will auto convert to .docx for Gdocs .xslx for Gsheets and .pptx for Gslides. all you have to do is upload to the vt0gr.sharepoint.com server or your Gdrive then make sure to convert back to Gdocs/sheets/slides once set in your personal Gmail
delete the d204 versions of the pages/sites and apps MAKE SURE YOU BACKED IT ALL UP!! once that's done everything will be taken care of
F0RT's Gdoc version was moved to drive.google.com and removed from d204
The creation of new legacy sites was disabled and users were required to use vt0gr.sharepoint.com or on google drive to make new ones to move away from d204
sites.google.com/k12.ipsd.org/fort1 is permanently offline and has moved to www.fort1nd.com removing all access to fort on d204 (legacy pages were not affected)
All legacy pages will be moved over but will still be active for a limited time
all legacy pages that haven't migrated or removed from D204 will go into view only mode and commenting and updates will be disabled
Legacy pages hosted on D204 will be unpublished and offline
all legacy sites and pages are deleted if not migrated
