fixing broken embeds requires restarting the server that the embed is being hosted on

once that's done make sure to generate a new embed code 

this is caused by a  bug in Visual Studio restart and load the fnd.pkg again 

since google chrome dropped support for V2 plugins they will still work for now so make sure to upgrade to V3 to keep your fort pkg's runing
