How to Restart

If you haven't restarted your computer in a while, there may be updates that need to be installed. This will cause the computer to take a while to restart, so I would suggest restarting your computer on campus because some downloads require access to the school domain. Do not just power off your computer and power it back on, if it is stuck in restart. It will not act as a true restart and your problem may persist.

It is quite simple to restart your computer, and it doesn't involve your power button at all.

First, click on the windows tab at the bottom of your screen.

Then click on the power icon.

Now, click restart.
