This Privacy Policy explains how the **AI Helmet Sticker Design Maker** mobile application ("App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information. We take your privacy seriously, especially regarding how your data interacts with our Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.
## 1. What Data We Collect and How We Collect It
To provide you with our core service (generating AI-powered graphics), we collect the following limited data:
* **Text Prompts:** The text descriptions you type into the app when requesting a sticker or graphic design. This is collected directly from your manual input.
* **Selected Styles & Languages:** The aesthetic style (e.g., Cyberpunk, Vintage) and language selection you choose from the app's menus. This is collected directly from your app interactions.
* **Anonymous Identifiers:** A randomly generated, anonymous User ID. This is collected automatically by our backend database (Supabase) to keep track of your available generation credits without knowing your real identity.
* **Purchase History (Anonymous):** Verification of your subscription or credit balance. This is handled securely and automatically via RevenueCat and your device's native App Store.
**What we DO NOT collect:**
We do not collect, request, or store your name, email address, physical address, phone number, exact location, or existing personal photo library content.
## 2. All Uses of Your Data
We use the data we collect strictly for the following purposes:
1. **Providing the Core Service:** We use your Text Prompts and Selected Styles exclusively to instruct our AI models to generate the custom sticker images you requested.
2. **Account & Credit Management:** We use your Anonymous Identifier and Purchase History to verify if you have enough credits or an active premium subscription to generate an image.
3. **App Functionality:** To temporarily store the generated images so you can preview them within the app and save them to your device if you choose to do so.
## 3. Third-Party AI Data Sharing (IMPORTANT)
Our app does not generate images on your local device. To generate high-quality graphics, **your data is securely transmitted to specific third-party AI service providers.**
Before any data is shared, the App will explicitly ask for your consent via an in-app pop-up notice.
**Who we share your data with:**
When you tap "Generate", your Text Prompts, Style selections, and Language preferences are sent to the following specific third-party AI providers:
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C. (OpenAI):** Used strictly to translate, enhance, and optimize your text prompt into a machine-readable format.
2. **Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs:** Used strictly as the image-generation engine (running the Flux AI model) to render the final visual based on the optimized prompt.
3. **Supabase, Inc.:** Used as the secure backend infrastructure to route your request to the AI providers.
**Equal Protection Guarantee:**
We confirm that the third-party AI services listed above provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:
* They do not receive your name, device identifiers, or payment details—only the text prompt itself.
* Under their enterprise/API agreements, OpenAI and Replicate **do not** use your prompts or generated images to train their foundational public AI models.
* Data transmission is fully encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
## 4. Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your device's Photo Library.
* **How we use it:** We only use this permission when you explicitly tap the "Save" button on an AI-generated image. The App will only **write/add** the new image to your gallery.
* **What we don't do:** The App does not read, scan, upload, share, or modify any of your existing photos or videos in your library.
## 5. Data Retention and Deletion
* **Prompts and Images:** Text prompts and generated images are processed transiently by our AI providers to return the result to you. We do not maintain a long-term historical database of every prompt you have ever entered.
* **Local Storage:** The generated images you do not explicitly save to your camera roll are stored locally in your device's cache and can be cleared at any time by deleting the app or clearing the app cache.
* **Account Deletion:** Because accounts are entirely anonymous and tied to your device identifier, you can "delete" all your data simply by uninstalling the app from your device.
## 6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or higher age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
## 7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, if applicable, prompting you with an updated consent notice within the App.
