- Introduce staff to Zoom online video meetings and expectations
- Introduce staff to HELM history, structure, mission, vision, and goals
- Introduce staff to HELM website
- Introduce staff to Koha ILS
- Introduce staff to FLO ticketing system
- Staff appointees from each new library begin attending working groups once a month as observers
February 2020
- Set-up EZproxy servers
- Review patron data delivery
- Continue test data review in Koha test server
- Assess e-content packages and auto-load options
- Library staff start to familiarize themselves with Koha ILS using test server
March 2020
- Begin weekly migration meetings
- Weeding and data cleanup completed
- Configure circulation and fine rules
- Configure circulation notices
- Start configuring EDS
- Survey training needs of library staff
April 2020
- In-person staff training with ByWater and FLO in Koha ILS test server
- Create staff accounts and set permissions
- Create reports
- Create course reserves
- Schools start testing EZproxy
- Discontinue borrowing and lending in current network and ComCat

- Data freeze - no more editing, adding, or deleting data from current ILS
- Final data sets uploaded into Koha ILS production server
- Libraries export final statistics from current ILS
