Directions: Extract to your CustomSoundtrack folder and double click the !Run.cmd (not as administrator). Keep running in the background before you start TPP. In game, set your helicopter music to "!Shuffle" in iDroid.

How it works: It will create a list of all the mp3 files in the CustomSoundtrack folder and pick a random one. A "!Shuffle.mp3" file will be created. Set your helicopter music to "!Shuffle" in game. In the background, every 60 seconds, the script will pick another random mp3 and overwrite !Shuffle.mp3. It will not be able to overwrite the file if it's in use (playing in game), you'll see an error if that's the case, but it will continue trying.

Would love more audio toggles. The helicopter is a bad noise with a subwoofer. The rally turn-by-turn callouts are fun, but they turn down music and engine noise to make the calls that happen every few seconds!
