Born in Barcelona, July 6th, 1974

My education into the world of the Arts starts with studies of Arts and Crafts at La Llotja School, in Barcelona (1992-1997). I started studying Interior Design and Scenography and later on my interest in building different types of puppets arose, therefore I started learning many techniques of Puppet Modeling and Manipulation. Later on I have had the chance of applying everything I learnt to the theatrical sphere, building puppets for several puppetry companies. Then I realized that these puppets can take a life of their own, as if by magic, thanks to stop motion techniques, and this led me to investigate and study how to build stop motion puppets in The Workshop of Pepe Otal (Barcelona) and to delve much more into this world by studying in La Academia de Animación (Barcelona).
