All information below, usually, may ONLY be known, available, or be found out by Vigilantes

This is mainly because Liberation Officers rarely set foot outside the Central Plains the past years due to the unpredictable weather and dangers of the other regions, especially as they've already set an independency within the central region and thus, will only travel to other regions under dire, unavoidable circumstances of which had not happened again since the first year of the apocalypse.

This means Liberation Officers rarely travel to other regions, especially without an order or a compelling reason to do so. However, for storytelling purposes, they may travel to other to two (2) other regions, provided they have a reason to do so. They would be given a Travelling License, indicating which regions they are to explore. For C-Class Officers, it is a must they share at least one (1) region with their respective B-Class Officer.

Remnants, for storytelling purposes, may travel to one (1) other region, provided they have a reason to do so. They cannot travel alone, however, and will need the help of at least one (1) Liberation Officer OR Vigilante.

Vigilantes, however, have the freedom to travel wherever they want, and may set up base in any of the other regions, provided there is sufficient reason on how they can survive the area without altering any of the main characteristics of the said-location in the region.

Remember: The Liberation prioritizes safety and survival, while Vigilantes value freedom and exploration.
