...There's this place I have heard of, but please take my words with a grain of salt.
There once was a place full of wealthy citizens. Nearby it was a harbor town; you know, a place located near bodies of water. Eventually the water claimed the area back... not sure when exactly, but nature always has its ways to reclaim what's theirs. Oddly enough there's been news of someone crying where the harbor town used to be.

The Southern Coasts contains the Drowned Domain of Civitas, and the Wailing Coast.
This region was once a magnet for visitors from distant lands, renowned for its coastal metropolis and boasting the largest coastline in the land. It housed the second most technologically advanced city and contained one of the most popular tourist destinations, especially to those who favored the waters and everything it brought to offer. However, when the apocalypse struck, the same waters rose and flooded the streets, eventually reclaiming the renowned city into their depths. Now, if one were to stand on the once-vibrant coast, one is met with an eerie stillness and the haunting sound of distant crying—whether it’s just the wind or something more sinister remains a mystery.
More commonly known as "The Drowned" after the apocalypse, it was once a large coastal metropolis, now largely submerged beneath the waters. Partially submerged buildings stand eerily in the flooded streets, with giant aquatic plants entwined around crumbling structures, while massive, mutated water creatures patrol the depths. The streets have become rivers, and overgrown bridges now connect isolated islands of decaying skyscrapers. This place was also known for its' numerous amounts of churches, but all are now buried deep within the waters. Among these dangers, a colossal underwater creature, nearly as large as the skyscrapers themselves, lurks beneath the surface, its movements creating waves of destruction. Other threats include aggressive water-dwelling creatures and hazardous aquatic plants that have taken over the city. Despite its dangers, Civitas still holds valuable resources, such remnants of the city’s governmental hub, with potential caches of important documents or supplies left behind. The remaining unflooded floors of the skyscrapers may also be explored.

It was once a bustling harbor town along a jagged coastline of towering cliffs, but now lies in eerie ruin. Popular piers and lighthouses that once drew tourists have long since fallen silent, though the haunting sound of eerily resembling distant cries of people long gone remains. Known for its paranormal allure, the area is now home to ghost-like apparitions that appear at night, wandering the decayed remnants of the town. It also seems to be constantly shrouded in darkness, with a thick fog across the air of what seems to be... the hustle and bustle of the time passed by. Important areas include the remains of large abandoned ships, the old piers, and crumbling lighthouses. Treacherous water creatures lurk beneath the waves, while the cliffs themselves pose a constant threat of collapse. Despite these hazards, the Wailing Coast holds valuable resources, such as old lighthouse mechanisms, and navigational tools that could still be of use. Across the shorelines, they are littered with seashells, of which seems to contain the sound of crying.
