Heiner Mikosch

I am a senior researcher at the KOF Swiss Economic Institute, ETH Zurich. 

I also act as a doctorate supervisor at the Business School Lausanne and serve as the chairman of the AIECE Association of European Economic Research Institutes.

My research is in macroeconomics with a particular focus on two areas:

• Now-/forecasting models 

• Firm and household surveys and survey experiments

One of my policy projects is the Nowcasting Lab, an automated code-database-website environment for GDP nowcasting.
