Height measurements and notes
Exercise completion records
Sleep quality and duration logs
All data is stored locally using Flutter's SharedPreferences
Data persists only on your device

The Apps do NOT use any third-party services including:

The Apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since all data remains local to the device, parents/guardians have full control over what information is entered and can delete it at any time through the app's settings.
You have complete control over your data:
Delete individual entries by swiping left on any item
Reset all data through the Profile → Settings → Reset Data option
Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all stored data from your device
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
You have full access to your data at all times
Data is not transferable between devices
Reinstalling the app will result in data loss unless you manually back up your device

Modify any information you've entered
Delete any or all data at any time
Stop using the app and remove all data by uninstalling
