The third edition of the HEC Paris AI and Entrepreneurship workshop will be held in the HEC Paris campus in Jouy-en-Josas on Saturday December 13, 2025. This year the workshop covera a broad range of topics related to entrepreneurship and AI. In particular, the implications of AI for the organization of firms and markets, entrepreneurship and innovation, technology adoption and how AI and humans cooperate, labor markets and re- and upskilling, organizational learning, governance and risk management, entrepreneurial selection and mentorship, strategic management decision under uncertainty, and how AI compares to past technology revolutions. The workshop offers plenty of opportunities for research discussions and interactions inside and outside the seminar room. Co-organized by Thomas Åstebro and Carlos Serrano, both from the Department of Economics and Decision Sciences at HEC Paris.
The keynote speakers areEmma Brunskill and Luis Garicano. Brunskill is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University and Garicano is a Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the London School of Economics.
