High Energy Astrophysics Workshop

25 to 27 November 2024

Join us for an engaging and insightful workshop dedicated to the latest advancements in the field of high energy astrophysics. This workshop intends to introduce BSc/MSc/early-PhD students to HEAP theory and data analysis.

M.Sc. (Physics/Astrophysics) students
M.Sc. passed out students
Integrated MS/M.Sc. (Physics/Astrophysics) students

PhD or Postdoc students

Travel and accommodations

The selected participants from university are eligible to get travel support. For applicants sleeper class train fare or ordinary bus fare will be reimbursed for the round trip journey by the shortest route from applicant's address after producing original tickets of inward journey and photocopies of tickets of outward journey.

Selected outstation participants are entitled for free lodging and boarding from 25th November to 27th November.

Important Information

The selection will be based on a write-up about "Why do you want to attend this workshop?" and the CGPA/percentage obtained during the last semester or year.
Selected participants should carry a laptop (for the hands-on session) with pre-installed LINUX and HeaSoft.
