These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Heaven (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Heaven.
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. Children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in their country) may only use the Service with parental or authorized adult consent.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it. Each user must maintain their own account where required.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or promote content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory;
Exploits or harms children;
Is sexually explicit or promotes violence;
Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive;
Promotes illegal activities;
Contains malware, spam, or malicious code.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these rules.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service;
Rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Service;
Use the Service to build or benchmark a competing product;
Circumvent security measures or geographic pricing restrictions (including via VPN);

You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”). You represent that you have all necessary rights to use such content. You grant Heaven a royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We are not responsible for third-party use of content you choose to share externally.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, design, branding, and technology—remain the exclusive property of Heaven or its licensors. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.
The Service may access:
Camera (for capturing images)
Device storage (to save, retrieve, or delete content)
Device information (e.g., OS version, hardware model, IP address)
Uploaded content (such as images)
This information is used solely to operate, improve, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service, and to comply with legal requirements. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. Heaven is not responsible for third-party services or content.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heaven disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruptions, or network-related issues beyond our control.
These Terms remain in effect until you uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. We may also update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Heaven and supersede prior agreements.
