Many people are a fan of Harry Potter because of the wizardry magic and the adventures. This is the first book and is recommended for strong readers in year 4 and confident year 5/6's. 

Last year (2022) Miss Kirton's class read this book and really enjoyed it. They found the book very interesting and magical.

The story is about a young boy who discovers he is a wizard and goes to a school of witchcraft and wizardry. While he is there, strange things are happening and he has to defeat an evil wizard who is trying to regain power.
