Homemade Sno-cone Syrup

Ingredients:

6 cups of water

6 cups of sugar

Kool-aide (no more than ½ cup)

Instructions:

Bring water to a boil; add the sugar and stir until dissolved.  Stir in drink mix (flavoring) until well mixed.  Remove from heat and let it cool completely.  Pour mixture into gallon jug.  Makes approximately ½ gallon. 

Store the syrup in a cool place.
