By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
You may use the App only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. The App is not intended for children under the age of 16, or under the minimum age required by applicable local law. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Heart AI provides tools for heart rate measurement and wellness-related tracking, which may include:
Heart rate measurement using device sensors (such as the camera)
Display of trends, summaries, and historical records
Optional logging of additional wellness indicators if supported by the App
Access to premium features through a paid subscription
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Heart AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All information, measurements, insights, and content provided by the App are for general informational and educational purposes only.
The App is not a medical device and is not intended to replace professional medical equipment or consultation.
Measurement results may be affected by external factors such as lighting conditions, movement, device hardware, and user behavior.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You use the App at your own risk.
You should not rely on the App for making medical decisions.
You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
In case of a medical emergency, you should contact emergency services immediately.
We are not responsible for any health decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to:
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
Use the App solely for lawful and intended purposes
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any information provided by the App.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content without authorization
Circumvent security measures or interfere with the App’s operation
Use the App for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the App
Any misuse of the App may result in suspension or termination of your access.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its software, design, interface, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Heart AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Heart AI offers optional paid subscription features (“Premium”, “Pro”, "Plus").
Payment is charged to your app store account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or availability at any time, in accordance with applicable law and app store rules. Changes will apply to future billing periods unless otherwise required by law.
We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features or content, without prior notice where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or health-related outcomes arising from use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to your place of residence, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
