This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by HeapSol Technologies, Inc. on the Google Play Store (including, but not limited to, Indonesian English Translator, Urdu English Translator, and our other translation tools). We have designed this policy to be transparent and straightforward so you understand exactly how your data is handled.
We built our applications with your privacy as a primary focus. We do not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (PII) about you. We do not require or collect information such as your name, physical address, phone number, email address, or precise geographic location to use the core translation features of our apps.
Our applications include an optional "recognize text in images" feature (Optical Character Recognition) to help you translate text directly from your environment.
Photos and Camera: The applications will only access your device's camera or photo gallery when you explicitly grant permission and actively use this feature. The images collected are transmitted solely for the purpose of processing the text for translation. We do not permanently store, share, or use your images for any other purpose.
Videos: Our applications do not collect, transmit, sync, or store video files under any circumstances.
To continuously improve our products and make them more useful for you, we have integrated Firebase Analytics into our applications.
Firebase collects user behavior information in an anonymous format and transmits it to Google's Firebase servers.
Only aggregated usage data is collected (e.g., the percentage of users utilizing certain translation features, popular Android versions, or average screen sizes). No personally identifiable information is attached to this data.
We use these reports internally to optimize our development resources, fix bugs, and enhance the user experience.

We use advertisements to keep our applications free to use. Our apps utilize Google AdMob as our primary advertising platform, alongside a third-party ad mediation stack to serve ads. Our mediation partners include Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Pangle, and Liftoff.
These third-party advertising networks may collect and use anonymous data about your interests to serve customized or contextually relevant advertising within our apps.
To provide this service, these ad networks may utilize a unique, user-resettable Advertising ID provided by Google Play Services, as well as device information (such as IP address, device type, and OS version). Interest and general location data may be linked to your device's Advertising ID, but it is never linked to your personal identity.
You can manage your ad personalization preferences or reset your Advertising ID through your Android device settings. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google AdMob, Meta, Mintegral, Pangle, and Liftoff for more specific information on their data handling practices.
Cross-Promotion: We may occasionally run cross-promotional campaigns for our other applications. All cross-promoted apps comply with Google Play Developer policies.
Because we do not require users to create accounts or provide personal information, we do not retain a database of personal user profiles. Any temporary data processed to provide functionality (such as image data for text translation) is processed securely in real-time and discarded once the translation is complete.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new third-party integrations, or to comply with updated Google Play Developer requirements. We will post any changes directly on this page.
