Information We Collect
When you install the Service on your device and register with Health Mate Pro, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as, Health Mate Pro may collect and store information about your and other users' interactions with the Service and our websites. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and aids in improving the user experience.
We also collect error-reporting information if the Service crashes or hangs. These reports generally do not include personally identifiable information, except incidentally. The reports provide details like the type and version of your device, the device identifier, the time the error occurred, and the feature in use. If you decide to delete your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers. However, Health Mate Pro is not responsible for any use or misuse of your information resulting from your disclosure to others.
Payment Details
If you purchased a subscription via the App's web page and wish to cancel it through our support chat or contact form, we may ask for one of the following details:
The email address used during subscription purchase.
The receipt number associated with the payment.
The unique invoice identification number.
Contact Information
When you contact us via email or the support form, you may provide your contact details (e.g., name, email address) and any additional content included in the message. This information is collected, stored, and processed by our cloud storage provider to help us respond to your inquiry, fulfill your requests, and deliver the requested services or communications.
Information Processed Automatically
With your permission, we utilize third-party data processing technologies (such as advertising and analytics tools) to analyze certain information sent by your device when using our App (e.g., Identity for Advertisers on iOS or Advertising/Android ID for Android). Automatic data processing begins once you permit the App to track your activity, and you can withdraw this consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions in Section VIII.

Device Details
When you access our App using a mobile device (tablet, phone, or smartwatch), certain information about your device is collected, including “device identifiers.” These are small data files or similar structures associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify it but do not personally identify you. Device identifiers help provide generalized reports or personalized content and ads from third parties.
What Data May Be Processed:

Security
At Health Mate Pro, protecting your privacy and personal information is of the utmost importance. We implement significant measures to secure the personally identifiable information you share with us. Access to this information is restricted to authorized Health Mate Pro employees, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers who require access to fulfill their roles in providing, developing, maintaining, or improving the Service. To further protect your data, we use password protection, access logs, and system monitoring.
However, due to the open nature of the Internet, we cannot fully guarantee protection against loss, misuse, or alteration of the information we control.
Age Requirements
The Service is not intended for users under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that we have unintentionally gathered such information, we will promptly delete it. Should our policies change, we will seek verifiable parental consent before collecting any data from users under 13.
Notification of Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. You can review the updated version via links on our website. By continuing to use the Service after any changes, you agree to the revised terms. We may also notify you of significant updates through electronic communications or postings. 2) The right to object

If you have the right to restriction, we will only process your data with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim or to protect a person or important grounds of public interest the right to withdraw consent. If we have asked for your consent to our processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, see Article 7 of the GDPR. If you withdraw your consent, we will cease processing of the data for which you have withdrawn consent, unless we have a legal obligation to keep some or parts of your data. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, your user license to use the Services will cease automatically. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
5) The right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with which we process in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller if the processing is based on consent or contract performance, see Article 20 of the GDPR.
