My name is Elle and I'm a fully qualified & insured reflexologist with a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I'm also fully qualified and insured as an Acupressure Therapist (A bit like acupuncture but without the needles) and as a Reiki Master-Teacher Practioner (energy healing).

As a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I am committed to upholding excellent standards of practice, giving you complete peace of mind that my knowledge and skills are always kept up to date with continued professional development and training.

Offering various therapies to choose from:

Reflexology: Specialising in this therapy, I combine reflexology, relaxation, massage and joint mobilization techniques, to provide treatments that are effective in aiding you with relaxation and re-balancing, yet with mindfulness and respect to your personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and energizing. Using my experience to gauge stress cues on the feet to help bring balance and relief to the areas that need it most, be it physical or mental so that you get the absolute most out of your treatments.

Reiki: Restoring balance to the flow of energy and vitality by releasing blockages, assisting the body in cleansing toxins and clearing unreleased physical and emotional stress. This powerful and beautiful therapy promotes healing and health.

Acupressure: Seated acupressure working with my thumbs, hands and forearms, to stimulate the energy points working in a specific sequence of movements to help improve energy flow throughout the body, support with pain relief and help bring balance. Pressure points are held for 3-10 seconds, improving circulation and bringing quick relief. Finished with a gentle back, neck and shoulder massage to leave you feeling totally relaxed.

I also offer taster sessions in and around the Poole and Dorset area, and demonstrations at events like charity fund raisers, local community groups and organizations and all kinds of events locally. With my extensive background as a learning & development specialist and trainer, I have vast experience delivering presentations in person as well as online and giving talks to groups of any size.
