Express Your Interest
Go to the official Headway website (headway.co) and look for the provider portal or “For providers” section.
Fill out the provider interest form to let Headway know you want to join.
Schedule a Call
After submitting your details, you’ll be invited to schedule a call with a Headway Provider Growth Consultant.
On this call, you’ll discuss your practice, answer questions, and review the requirements for working with Headway.
Complete the Credentialing Process
Your consultant will guide you through setting up a CAQH profile (the common credentialing application for insurers).
Have these documents on hand: your professional license, malpractice insurance, NPI number, and work history for the last five years.
Submit the Intake Form
Fill out Headway’s intake application online (usually takes about 30 minutes).
This includes professional, educational, and practice details, including your desired caseload and specialties. Submitting this starts your credentialing rney.
Set Up Your Portal Account
Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive an invitation to register on the Headway Provider Portal (https://sigmund.headway.co/).
Follow the link, click on “Register Now” or “Sign Up,” create your username and password, and verify your email.
Build Your Provider Profile
Log in and set up your profile: add a professional photo, write your bio, add practice specialties, set your calendar availability, and link your bank account for payments.
Start Accepting Clients
Once credentialed and your profile is live, you can begin managing appointments, seeing clients, and accessing Headway’s suite of practice management tools.
