Writing 5th Informational

Students will be provided with a preview of the type of writing they can expect to engage with in fifth grade. Students will receive both instruction and time to practice informational writing.

Standards Covered: Students will gather evidence and use that evidence to support points made in their writing. Students will learn how to write a proof paragraph and convey an opinion using the proof paragraph format.
