Creative cooking is back with all new recipes! In this hands-on enrichment class, students will explore the vibrant world of spring-inspired foods, creating delicious and nutritious dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This class is designed for young chefs to learn valuable cooking skills—without an oven or traditional kitchen—while assembling healthy snacks, fresh meals, and light, fun treats.
Throughout the course, children will dive into the bounty of spring produce, including early fruits, aromatic herbs and more. From making no-bake energy bites to crafting crisp fruit salads and refreshing smoothies bowls, kids will learn essential culinary techniques such as chopping, mixing, measuring, and food safety, all while having fun and getting creative.
All students in grades K-5 are welcome! No prior cooking class is necessary for enrollment.
