This class will focus on the basics of the Spanish language, introducing students to new vocabulary through TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling). This widely used instructional format for teaching languages will allow students to learn Spanish in a personalized and contextualized manner. Students will sing songs, play games and participate in activities to further support their learning. The class will also introduce students to the culture of numerous Spanish speaking countries.
