Interested in and available for group meetings on Wednesday evenings 19:00 - 21:00 on 29 July, 5 August, 12 August and 19 August at Pakhuis de Zwijger. These are mini peer-peer story workshops where we work on our story together, learn from each other, and prepare for an impactful performance event.
Sparked by the idea of crafting a story connected to the theme When Idealism Meets Reality. Just like Rodin's 'The Thinker', we want to explore the tension between the values we believe in and the lives we actually lead. It is one thing to commit to big ideas like democracy, resilient communities, equitable development, and sustainability, and it is another to navigate them in the messy, imperfect reality of everyday life. Through personal stories, we want to bring these ideals down to earth, revealing what they look like in practice.
We are Heads & Tales Storytelling, a creative partnership between Claire and Larissa. We love the art of storytelling and being around the people who do it.
We hosted a series of peer-peer storytelling workshops in Amsterdam Oost this year, and now we're ready for a summer edition in partnership with Pakhuis de Zwijger.
