Following consultation with England Athletics, our headphones policy is detailed below:

If any part of the route is on roads open to traffic, headphones, or similar devices, (other than open-ear bone conduction headphones, or those medically prescribed) are strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply will result in disqualification, which may occur post-race, if a photograph clearly shows the breach of the above policy.

If no part of the course is on roads open to traffic, headphones of any kind may be used.
