Terms of Service

By ordering art from me (commission/YCH/etc.) you automatically agree to the following terms:

Payment :

• Full prepayment;

• Payment viа Lava or Boosty;

• No refunds.

General info: 

• Digital goods only (no shipping required);

• All the rights on the depicted characters, locations or items belong to their rightful owner; 

• I own the copyright for every commissioned artwork I created;

• I reserve rights to use any pictures I create for presentation at art-shows in printed form, as part of an art book and Patreon projects or any digital projects (without character changing and with owner credits);

• Any personal (non-commercial use) is allowed. The commissioner is free to use the commissioned piece/character design in any non-commercial manner;

• Editing and alteration (such as: cropping, repainting, coloring and etc.) is prohibited.

Information for customers:

• I will send you the stages of work. After the approval of the color sketch, you have only 3 free edits, subsequent edits will be paid (from $5 to $10 depending on the complexity of the edits);

• Deadline is discussed individually, on average - 1 month.

I draw:

• SFW/soft NSFW;

• Anthro, humans, feral;

• Fan art.

I don't draw:

• Extreme fetish;

• Mecha and military subjects.

Commission

Price list 

• Headshot 50$ 

• Halfbody (or up to the hips) 70$

• Fullbody 90$

• Reference 100-200$

+10-15$ for a detailed background

+100%  for additional character
