This privacy policy is applicable to the AI Headshot Generator: HEADIQ (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, which was developed by Ankit Lathiya (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a a Freemium service. This service is provided “AS IS”.
This Privacy Policy applies to users of our services worldwide, including users of our applications, official websites, or other services (collectively, "the Service"). By using our apps or accepting our services, you acknowledge the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you object to any terms, please do not use our websites or our apps. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you about changes by posting the amended version on our websites or applications.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
We collect face data from photos voluntarily uploaded by users for the purpose of generating AI headshots.
Collection
We collect facial features contained in user-uploaded images necessary for AI image generation.
Storage
Uploaded images are temporarily stored in Google Firebase Storage. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Third-Party Processing
Uploaded images are securely transmitted to FAL.AI via encrypted API request for AI processing. FAL.AI processes the image and returns the generated output image. We do not authorize third parties to use face data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Use
Face data is used solely to generate AI headshots requested by the user.
Retention
Input images are automatically deleted within one (1) hour after processing.
Output images remain stored until the user deletes them using the in-app delete function.
Once deleted, images are permanently removed from our server.
We do not sell, rent, or use face data for advertising, profiling, or identification.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (augmentedvirtualtech.apps@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Users have control over their uploaded and generated images within the Application.
Users may delete generated output images at any time using the in-app delete feature.
Uploaded input images are automatically deleted within one (1) hour after processing.
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us at augmentedvirtualtech.apps@gmail.com.
We do not use face data for advertising, profiling, or identification purposes.
