This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Headbanger Tycoon (the "App"), developed by Gabriel Bertollo (the "Developer"), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and the Developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifying information about you. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect data under their own privacy policies:
• Google AdMob — serves advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (including your advertising ID), IP address, and usage data to deliver and measure ads. • Google Play Billing — processes optional in-app purchases (for example, "Remove Ads"). Payment is handled by Google; the Developer does not receive or store your payment details.
Advertising
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time through your device's advertising settings, or remove ads entirely via the one-time in-app purchase.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect information from children.
Data Retention and Deletion
All game data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
