When Paul wrote to the church in Philippi, he knew his life was near the end. Although he was imprisoned and in chains, he writes to his friends, encouraging them to rejoice whatever the circumstances. He heard the news of their disunity and the harassment they suffered because of their faith. Yet, his letter told them to rejoice always. Why would Paul be joyful? Because he could see that God was at work in their lives. To Paul, their actions meant they received the gospel, and Paul was confident that what God started in the Philippians, He would continue and finish.

BigFish was started with the best of intentions. It was developed from a great idea to provide a great need in our community. We had a solid start. GoodWork gave us the tools to move past the beginning and into the future by focusing our intentions. Molly and Maria are so accessible to work with and become true partners in the success of the non-profits they work with. BigFish found them at the right time and what seemed daunting became possible.

What a gift to Greater Seacoast nonprofits GoodWork is! These organizations support our families and communities in critical ways and now we have crucial support in doing this hard work. I have quite shamelessly taken advantage of every opportunity to utilize all that GoodWork has to offer.

I've been with the company since 1996. My experience working at On Time has been great. I really enjoy working with the people and talking to the case managers. I have built quite a relationship with them over the years. It's a delight talking to the clients over the phone and taking care of their transportation needs. It gives me such great joy when they call and they can tell when I'm smiling through the phone. They know that I'm putting their needs first.

I am very proud to say that I was the first female driver hired by On Time in 1990. I left briefly for school but came back in 1994. I have held many different roles throughout my 20+ years, including driver, accounts payable, payroll, office support, Customer Service and Billing. Currently, I am the Director of Customer Care. Daily we hear from patients and their families about how we as a company have been able to impact their lives in a positive way. Very little can compare to that kind of feedback. We take a great deal of pride in doing our jobs well and ensuring that our patients get the safest, most cost effective transport each and every time. I am lucky enough to say that I have worked with many of the same people for 10 years and more, some even longer. Over that time it has been an honor to watch my coworkers grow and develop, some taking on even more challenging roles within the company. We all feel very deeply that taking care of our patients is the key to our success.

I certainly have been with On Time since the beginning. I've watched my son and his hard working caring employees (especially Susan ) grow the company to the professional transportation company it is today. I used the service of On Time when I was a nurse case manager and always was secure they would do a good job. The feedback I would get from my patients was always very positive. I started working for On Time in 1997 ( it was supposed to be part time ) and now 18 yrs. later I can say I've thoroughly enjoyed all my different positions at the company. I've always had an outside position, Manager of Business Developement, Quality Assurance Manager, and now Pet therapy and the best part is seeing our great staff doing their job in the field and hearing the praise from all the patients we transport. It's a great place to work and I'm proud to be a part of it .

In 1990 I started On Time with one station wagon and two wheelchair vans in my mother's basement. During our 25 years I have worked with some amazing people who put their hearts and souls into making On Time one of the premier medical transportation companies in the tri-state area. I can't thank them enough, and am truly lucky to still have many dedicated employees, who work hard each and every day, in what has become a much tougher business.

I was at Burger King this morning and was very pleased when I pulled into the drive-thru and your [The Master's Lawn Care] employees stopped working for a minute so I could order my breakfast and they have been very courteous about other people going through the drive-through and not spraying or blowing anything on anybody's vehicles. Please let that crew know I said thank you!

The guys and gals at The Mater's did a fantastic job on our landscape refresh. We had a little delay to get the project started initially, but it ended up working out. We took part in Alachua County's Turf Swap program, so drip irrigation was installed in the beds to replace the spray nozzles. The plants installed are all Florida natives and bring much needed color and curb appeal to our home. Chuck, Todd, Andrew, Taylor, and Bianca were all a pleasure to work with!

I have used this company for the last two years and I cannot recommend them enough. Herbert and his team are professional and their work is top quality. I have a massive irrigation project that I am planning and I can't think of a better company to handle it than The Master's.

The crew did a great job. I had not done much of anything to the front and back yard in the last few years. Everything was overgrown, weeds had sprouted everywhere, bushes and trees were growing and the trees' limbs were blocking the sun so that the grass would grow. They did the front and back yard in one day and when I came home from work I was shocked. They trimmed the bushes the trees, removed all of the weeds, leaves and other debris, cut and trimmed the lawn. I really wish that I had a before and after photograph to post here because the change in the yard was really impressive.

They are EXCELLENT! We use to have our yard taken care of by a different lawn company and decided that we were just going to do it on our own. Well, needless to say we just dont have the time for it. My husband loves to mow but we dont care for pulling weeds or trying to trim our own hedges. With the holidays coming up and family coming to stay with us we wanted our place to look really nice. So I called The Masters Lawn Care. I spoke with Brenda on the phone who was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with. I told her that I needed to have the landscaping cleaned up as soon as she could send someone out. She told me that the owner (Rusty) would be calling me to talk over some details. He did call (he is one of the nicest/knowledgeable people I have ever spoken with) and he had a crew out at my house by the next day!

The crew that came out was Crew 3 [I cant remember their names off hand :( ] But I walked around the house with the guy to tell him what I wanted done and he knew EVERY plant that was in my yard! He was professional and fun to speak with. They got my yard looking GREAT in no time and I was super pleased with it! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great yard crew who will make your yard look great! I would give this company an A++ and 5 stars!

Jared, Josh, and Chase are all others I've worked with regarding service quotes and applications. All of the services provided have been done well, the teams have been pleasant and have left everything looking great. I've really been impressed with the time they take when looking at my projects and offering their suggestions (I'm a detail person and I ask a lot of questions. A LOT.) I've been in my home three years now. I inherited another fertilizer company when I bought the house and I hesitated to move over to The Masters because it was more costly, but I'll tell you what, the other company never commented on this weed or that weed even when they came out to do their inspections (I mean, you have ONE JOB) and I'd randomly have Rusty out for some reason and he'd say "hey did you see this?" It never failed that the other company had literally just been out the day before and said nothing and did not treat said issue.

The first year I was in my home I hired another company cut the lawn and do the shrubs. I figured the second year after I'd settled into the home, I'd take over doing things myself as I always have in past homes. However, I inherited A LOT of really great landscaping, and it took too long for me to manage when added to the lawn work. So I hired the first company back to do the shrubs, but didn't love the work the team did. I then hired an individual who does my neighbor's yard to do the shrubs, and he cut them too severely. Jared came out and offered me a proposal for the maintenance of the shrubs. Now here comes Anthony to do the work. He had Jared's proposal in his hand with the drawings of what to cut and how, and he STILL walked the property with me to hear what I wanted things to look like. Every other company has just come and done the work without even knocking on the door to talk with me on their first visit. Anthony and I talked about the boxwoods and ligustrum that had been cut too severely last year and how I was sad that they were no longer full shrubs. Anthony suggested cutting some plants that sit in front of the boxwoods to give them some space to breathe, and it looked really great. There is also a huge holly in this bed, and it can get unwieldy pretty fast. He clarified the shape I wanted for it, and then they got to work. Anthony and his partner did an EXCELLENT job on these shrubs, the bed looked more tight with his suggestions, and he did a fantastic job on the giant Holly - it had some new growth underneath and he really nailed the shape! And as basic as this probably sounds, Anthony had the written plans in his hand, had read them, asked me what I wanted, looked at my plants, made suggestions, and did everything perfectly.

I can't tell you how many people don't read instructions and then don't follow the not-read instructions, let alone offer suggestions and ask questions. The competition isn't doing that, I know because they've done work for me. Anthony is always willing to look at plants, answer questions, and if needed, gets Josh on the phone (I have a Camilla that is struggling). I am just beyond impressed with the care and service he has offered me. I cannot recommend The Masters enough. They are definitely not the cheapest company, but they are worth their fees. e24fc04721
