This Privacy Policy describes how your data is collected, used, and protected when using the HDD Assistant mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our App, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way, except as described in this privacy policy.
The App does use third-party services (such as Google Play Services) that may collect information used to identify you.
2. Log Data
In a case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
3. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Account and Data Deletion
If the App provides the ability to create an account or save user profiles, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time.
How to request data deletion:
Method 1 (In-App): Go to the HDD Assistant app settings and select the "Delete Account" or "Delete Data" option. Your data will be deleted from the system immediately.
Method 2 (By Email): If you have already uninstalled the app from your device, you can request the deletion of your data by emailing us at: darsaf.developers@gmail.com.
Subject: HDD Assistant Data Deletion Request.
Body: Please include the identifier you used in the app (email or username) so we can locate and delete your data.
What data will be deleted: Your user profile, saved projects, settings, and all activity history within the app. We do not retain copies of your personal data after fulfilling a deletion request.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
