Device & Usage Data: Includes network status, wake state, alarm schedules, boot completion, media playback states.

Media Access: Audio and external storage access is used for alarm sounds and custom tones. We do not store or upload your personal files.

System Settings: Alarms, notifications, and vibration functions are managed within the app.

Battery & Overlay Permissions: Used to maintain alarms and display screens even when the app is minimized or the screen is off.


3. Permissions Justification

POST_NOTIFICATIONS Sends alarm and schedule notifications.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE, MEDIA_PLAYBACK Keeps alarm active in foreground when playing tones.

READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Accesses local audio for custom alarm tones.

REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS Ensures alarms aren’t blocked by battery savers.

USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT Displays alarm popups over other apps.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM Supports precise alarm scheduling on supported Android versions.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SYSTEM_EXEMPTED           Supports reliable alarm clock operation by running essential services in the background. No personal data is collected or shared.


4. How We Use Your Data

To trigger alarms and notifications based on your preferences.

To provide enhanced user experience (e.g., showing alarm screens, customizing sounds).

To analyze app usage via anonymized analytics (if applicable).

To serve ads through ad networks and mediation platforms like Facebook Audience Network, AdMob, etc. which may collect anonymized identifiers for ad personalization.


5. Advertising & Analytics

This app uses third-party services to display ads and collect non-personal analytics. These services may use cookies or similar technologies:

We do not collect or store personal user data on our servers. All alarm schedules and preferences are stored locally on your device and deleted when the app is uninstalled.

In order to exercise any of Your rights under the CCPA, and if you are a California resident, You can email or call us or visit our "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" section or web page.

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Advertising & Mediation Partners

Our application uses third-party advertising and mediation services to serve advertisements, which allows us to offer the app for free. 15.After Call Popup Feature📞 

Some of our apps may include an After Call Popup feature. This feature activates after phone calls to provide quick options such as notes, reminders, or other in-app actions.

Data Collection & Usage:

The feature temporarily accesses call status and duration only to trigger the popup.

It does not access, collect, or store call logs, phone numbers, or contacts.

All data is processed locally on the device and is used only for enabling the feature.

Permissions Required:

The feature requires the "Read Phone State" permission.

Users can manage or revoke this permission anytime from device settings, which will disable the popup.

Data Retention:

All temporary call status data is deleted immediately after use.

No call-related data is stored or sent to our servers.

Third-Party Sharing:

We do not share any personal call data with third parties.

If analytics or ads are integrated, they only process anonymized and non-personal data.

User Control:

Users can stop this feature anytime by revoking the permission or uninstalling the app.

Children’s Privacy:

This feature is not intended for users under 13.

If we learn that children’s data has been accessed, we delete it immediately.

Security & Updates:

We handle all temporary data securely.

Any significant changes to this policy will be communicated.

Continued use of our apps implies acceptance of the updated terms.
