All Xfinity Flex and Xfinity X1 customers now have access to the HBO Max app!
HBO Max is a WarnerMedia streaming service that features original HBO series and documentaries, as well as shows from DC and Warner Bros., award-winning specials, and family-friendly favourites.
A compatible streaming device with Xfinity Flex service or a compatible X1 TV Box with Xfinity TV service (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 are not compatible).
Internet service from Xfinity (any level)
HBO Max can be found in the X1 and Flex Apps menus by performing the following steps:
On your remote, press the xfinity icon.

Visit HBO Max for more information.
If you're browsing on Flex or X1 or using the Voice Remote to say "HBO Max," you'll also see HBO Max TV shows and movies in your search results.
From the Apps menu, open the HBO Max app and choose SIGN IN.
A one-of-a-kind activation code will appear on the screen.
To input this code, go to hbomax.com/tvsignin on your phone or computer.
You'll be sent to a sign-in page after entering the code. You may use your Xfinity TV or HBO Max login information to log in.
Select xfinity from the list of providers if you want to sign in using your Xfinity TV information.
Your account will automatically log in if you are at home.
If you haven't already, you'll need to create an HBO Max account after logging into your Xfinity account. You may skip to step 9 if you've previously created an account.
You're done after you've established your HBO Max account. Return to your TV to watch HBO Max on Flex or X1 on your Flex or X1 device.
You're now ready to start looking for and playing with content.
