This Contract is Non-Transferable at any time without the Written Consent of HBLS in advance of the Event Date. This Contract is Non-Refundable within thirty-(30) calendar days of the Event; if the Reservation is created under the thirty-(30) calendar day time-frame, the Non-Refundable period is deemed the days from Reservation Date and the Event Date. If for any reason the Contract is cancelled due to pandemics (such as Covid-19), epidemics or viral outbreaks as stated below under Force Majeure; the contract is due and payable in full and the amount will be applied to a future reservation booking. It is the sole responsibility of the Contract Holder to cancel this Contract, and upon the terms of this Contract, fees will be administered if the failure of the deadline is not within the limits of this Contract. If a form of electronic notice and/or U.S. Mail of Cancellation is sent and not responded by HBLS and its agents, then Cancellation is not honored, and the Contract is active to execute.
