WE NEED YOU to help meet our goal to raise funds to support student curriculum activities, playground equipment, and new supplies for our teachers! WE NEED YOU to provide CUBTASTIC ideas to enhance and maximize the education of every student while aiding them in achieving their highest potential. Our events include awesome community social events, bingo nights, spirit nights, and more! PTO NEWS
August
*Our BTSB was a HUGE success! We had a great turn out and the dunk tank was quite a hit! Thanks again to all the staff members who volunteered and also to everyone for hanging in there while we navigated through how to make the payments work best.
September
*Our first movie night of the year went VERY well! We had a great turn out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
*Our first annual Donuts with Grandparents was such a special event. There were lots of smiling children and grandparents! If you haven't already, go watch a small clip that PWCS media did on our event. The PTO co-presidents, Mrs. Shore and a few students and grandparents were interviewed during the event.
October
*What a fun week we had during Boosterthon! The school did SO WELL and we made our goal of exceeding $30,000. Way to go HMES Cubs!
November
*Bingo Night had a great turn out. We had so many people come out for the event we needed to put more tables out! A big thanks to the staff members for helping call out the numbers for the night.

December 15th and 16th each grade level will have their holiday classroom celebrations. Please keep an eye out in your email for information coming from room parents.

The Haymarket Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is not a program or department of the Prince William County Public Schools, but an independent organization which has obtained the approval of PWCS to support its schools, students, teams, programs, and extracurricular activities. All funds raised by the Haymarket Elementary Parent Teacher Organization must be used for approval school purposes.
