Hello! I'm Hayley.

I was recently named a Forbes 30 Under 30 2020 for Consumer Technology and an OBO 100 Innovator 2020.

I write an award-winning tech lifestyle blog called Lady in Tech. I also write a column for Forbes that inspires, motivates and moves millennial women to enter the tech industry and build impactful products at scale to improve the world. I helped create Women Founders Community, the largest online community of female founders.

Previously, I co-founded Lunchclub, an a16z-backed AI superconnector that makes introductions for 1:1 meetings. Lunchclub's mission is to power a future of work where making new connections is easy, meaningful, and fun.

For my inclusion and diversity advocacy work, I was featured in BBC World Service, BBC 100 Women, Tech Forward, OZY, Founded By, Women in Tech, and ABC 7 News. I was named a "Top Tech Influencer" by IVY Magazine, included in 20 On The Rise 2018, and "Most Influential Women in Tech" alongside Sheryl Sandberg and Katrina Lake.

I was named a distinguished alumni from the University of Colorado at Boulder where I graduated early with honors. I also studied Technology and Innovation as well as International Management at Stanford University.
