Step 1: Use the "Order Now" button to access Varsity Yearbook (our yearbook publisher) and make your ad directly in the yearbook. ------>
The screen should look like this with, "Yearbook Order Center" and Haverling High listed as your school. If it doesn't look like this, use the code 4418.

Step 2: Follow the prompts to select your ad size.
Step 3: Design your ad and pay online. It's that easy!
((An Additional Option: Those who want to use Canva to create their ad, but pay online can use instructions below.))
Step 4: Check to be sure we received your order and have it on our list. Go here:

This is not necessary, as our yearbook portal will offer what you need to design your ad. But in the event you would like to use Canva, here are some helpful instructions.
Step 1: Select a size.
Use these specifications when designing:
Vertical/Portrait Full Page: 8.5"x11"
Horizontal/Landscape Half-Page: 5.5"x4.25"
Vertical/Portrait Quarter Page: 3"x4.3"
Step 2: Download your design from Canva as a JPG.
Selecting "Share" in the top right corner, click on the "Download" button.
Then, from the drop down menu, select "JPG" and "Download." The high the quality you can download it as, the less likely it will be grainy in our final print.
You can find your design in your computer's download folder.
Step 3: Return to the directions at the very top of the screen. Use the Varsity Yearbook ad creation to upload your design like uploading a photo, and then pay online there.
