Meet Valerie, Owner of Haven House

Haven House is led by Valerie, whose heart for senior care comes from both experience and purpose.

After witnessing care that didn’t meet the level of compassion residents deserve, Valerie was driven to do things differently—to create a place where people are truly seen, respected, and cared for with dignity.

Today, she has built a team that reflects those same values. At Haven House, no one is just a number. Every resident is treated like family, and every team member plays a role in creating a supportive, uplifting environment.

Valerie believes in meeting people where they are, leading with kindness, and creating a home filled with laughter, connection, and genuine care.
