Haven Privacy Policy
Haven collects no data about you. None. Not your name, not your email, not your breathing sessions, not your journal entries, not your calm ratings, not analytics, not crash reports.
Everything stays on your device. All your sessions, calm ratings, journal entries, sound preferences and settings are stored only on your iPhone, in Haven's local database. Nothing you enter ever leaves your device.
No accounts. Haven has no login and no user accounts. You never hand us any information, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Permissions. Haven only asks for:
- Notifications — for the optional gentle daily reminder, if you choose to turn it on.
Links Haven opens. If you tap a crisis-support link or "call someone you trust," Haven simply hands off to Safari, your Phone app, or Contacts. Haven doesn't track these actions.
iCloud Backup. If you have iCloud Backup turned on in your iPhone settings, Apple may include Haven's local data in your encrypted device backup. Haven has no access to it, and you can manage this anytime in your iOS settings.
Children. Haven collects no data from anyone, of any age. There's nothing to collect.
Not medical advice. Haven offers self-help tools for everyday stress and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or one of the crisis resources in the app.
Changes. If this policy ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we'll let you know transparently before it takes effect.
