Vampirates 2024 REVIEW
- BUENA PARK, CA

Vampires take over Pirates Dinner Adventure in Buena Park during the spooky season.  Spectators are treated to a unique and darker rendition of the Pirates' normal day program.

VAMPIRATES EXPERIENCE

Being avid fans of the show and the entire experience, we always make it a goal to attend at least once a year.  By now, you would've thought we've seen it all.  We could not be more wrong.  New this season is a refresh of the story accompanied with new musical numbers and battle sequences.  With the addtional of new character(s) last season, we really thought that they would be sticking to that storyline for at least the next few years.  However, it was not the case and we were pleasantly surprised.

The experience gives you the same stunt sequences and "competitions" amongst the pirates that you would see in their normal program or Christmas program.  What's unique is the storyline, music, battle sequences and twists.  This year's show felt more darker, more mature, more romantic and more mysterious; it definitely kept us guessing the outcome until the very end.

VAMPIRATES CONCLUSION

Halloween can be celebrated many different ways.  So you can't go wrong with a 2-hour escape to a Fanta-Sea with refillable soft drinks and a complete meal while seated in your quarters.  The only hard part really is deciding to balance your attention on eating or the show; you wouldn't want to miss out on anything because there's just that much action.  What's best about this is, this experience is for all ages.  So unlike Knott's Scary Farm down the street; kids will not only be able to brave these vampirate infested waters but they can also enjoy and participate in the experience at their own accords.
