Developer / Publisher: Hasnainjoiya ("we," "us," "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how Hasnainjoiya handles personal information in the Android game "Last Famine: Survival" (the "Game"), package com.last.famine.app, and its related online game services.
This notice describes the information used to provide the Game and your privacy choices. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, we must obtain that consent separately; installing or using the Game does not by itself replace that requirement.
We process information through the Game client, game servers and integrated service providers for the following purposes:
Account and gameplay information: Guest account identifiers, authentication and session information, player or character identifiers, and game progress and actions used to provide and synchronize the online game service.
Device and network information: App version, operating system, device model, screen dimensions and density, processor, memory and graphics information, network type and carrier when available, language, system region, and a device identifier supplied by the integrated SDK when available. Connections to online services also expose network information such as an IP address. System region is distinct from precise GPS location. Attribution and analytics information: Installation and referral information, advertising identifiers when available, app launches, and selected in-game events and their associated parameters, as described in the AppsFlyer section below.
We use account, gameplay and technical information to:
Authenticate guest accounts, connect to game servers, maintain sessions and provide game progress and online gameplay.
Diagnose crashes, exceptions, out-of-memory incidents and connection problems using error reports, technical logs and diagnostic attachments.
Measure loading and runtime performance, including frame rate, CPU and memory usage, device capability and graphics quality, and select suitable device settings. Measure how players discover, install and use the Game, and analyze app launches and gameplay events using AppsFlyer.
Maintain service reliability and security. We process information as necessary to provide the Game, pursue legitimate interests in maintaining and improving it where permitted by law, comply with applicable legal obligations, or obtain your consent where required. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us.
The Game uses third-party software development kits (SDKs) and related services for authentication, network communication, diagnostics, performance monitoring, install attribution and gameplay analytics. These services process information needed for their respective functions, as described below. Their handling of information is also governed by the applicable service arrangements and privacy notices.
Technical services may collect device and usage information automatically when enabled. The information processed depends on the platform, SDK configuration and the function being used.
Information is shared with these service providers to support the Game functions described in this policy. You may contact us for information about the providers involved in processing your Game information.
The Android Game integrates the AppsFlyer SDK for install attribution, campaign measurement and analytics of app launches and selected gameplay events. Depending on device availability and privacy settings, AppsFlyer may process advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), an installation identifier, install referrer information, IP address, device and app information, and event names, timestamps and associated gameplay parameters. AppsFlyer describes its processing at https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/.
The current Android Game does not integrate the Meta advertising SDK. If we introduce additional advertising or data-processing services, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a right to opt out of activities that qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising under applicable law. You may contact us at anywheretoko@gmail.com to ask about or exercise applicable rights.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal requests, or where necessary and lawful to protect the rights and safety of players and the service.
You may contact us directly about information processed for the Game. We will assist with requests concerning our service providers where appropriate; you do not need to contact an SDK provider before contacting us.
We retain account and gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including applicable legal, security and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention of logs, crash reports and performance data depends on their diagnostic purpose and the applicable service-provider arrangements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable law and backup retention requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, request portability, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. The scope and conditions of these rights depend on your jurisdiction.
To make a request, contact us at anywheretoko@gmail.com. Provide enough information to identify your Game account and describe your request. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any limitations or exceptions that apply. You may contact us again if you disagree with our response, without affecting your right to contact a competent supervisory authority.
You may request deletion of your Game account and associated personal information by emailing anywheretoko@gmail.com. Account deletion may result in loss of game progress. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes; we will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Uninstalling the Game alone does not delete information held by our online services.
The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact anywheretoko@gmail.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Where local law provides additional protections for minors, those requirements apply.
Information processed by the Game and its service providers may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws may differ between countries. Where international transfers require safeguards under applicable law, we will apply the required safeguards. You may contact anywheretoko@gmail.com for information about the handling of your information and applicable transfer arrangements.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Game or our information practices. We will publish the revised policy and update the Last Updated date above. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent before introducing the relevant new processing.
