Purpose
HASA's goal is to raise awareness and educate Hmong Americans and the community about the Hmong culture and contemporary issues. HASA serves as a resource for students, promoting higher education and providing opportunities for leadership and talent.
UW HASA Council Elections
THE TIME HAS COME FOR ANOTHER ROUND OF ELECTIONS!
Nomination forms for our 2022 Spring Elections have been released. You are able to nominate yourself or as many individuals as you want. However, for each person you nominate, you MUST complete a form for them. Keep in mind that if you decide to run for council, you can run for more than one position. We will be closing nomination forms on Sunday, April 10th, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Nomination emails will be sent to nominees on a rolling basis and would have until Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 at 11:59 PM to accept/decline the nomination.
The Election will take place on Sunday, April 24th, 2022 from 6-8 PM. Voting will happen, IN-PERSON, during the election. The location is TBD. Only registered HASA members are eligible to vote.
IMPORTANT DATES:

📌 April 12th: Last day for Nominees to Accept/Decline nominations
📌 April 24th: Election Day
